A NEW CASTE SYSTEM IS GROWING IN MODERN INDIA

In America, workers are divided into tow categories,

       (A)     Blue Collar Worker, who do the manual jobs
       (B)   White Collar Worker, who do the work on chairs n desks.

In my INDIA, same phenomenon is known as caste system. My friends, let me clear here the term Caste System. I am not discussing here the traditional caste system (Brahimin, Kshtriya, Vaishya & Shudra). My interest in this article is to introduce you the most dangerous aspect of unwanted caste system produced by our Modern Society in Modern India.

Our Modern Society is divided into four (4) types of people (Caste)
  1.       Educated people
  2.       Warriors
  3.       Traders and businessmen
  4.       Labour

I know for different people the nomenclature may be different but no one can escape of this division.

Every organisation or system works on it...from “Head” to “Foot Soldier (Peon)”. Let me explain this term “Peon”. The word Peon came from Medieval Latin word “Pedomen” which means “Foot Soldier”. If every system is following this scenario then question arises,

                                                                            “What is the Problem?”

If one skill or profession becomes a hereditary gift then it shuts the society down. I will call this problem, “Lack of Mobility”. Let me explain this terminology with the help of one simple question. Is good education is freely and fairly accessible for each and every citizen? I know, on paper it is but where on ground? Think, if you were the son / daughter of a billionaire or a famous person!!!!

When this problem arises- From the Ancient India?

Valmiki was a dacoit, Vyasa was from a fisherman’s family, Vishwamitra was a soldier. All these were not from a special caste. Takshila was one of the greatest centre of learning for the world. It was not just a centre of spiritual science but also the centre for crafts & skills as well as military science. Chanakya, Charaka (The greatest Surgeon) and Panini (The great Grammarian) was the product of this institution.

Lets come back to The Modern India. We are  growing in each and every field. Our education standard is also growing but what about Education system?
Is there any criteria to get education for a street kid? I know many of us will say..!!! Option is same for everyone. Same entrance exam and then education. But my friends, what is the authenticity of these entrance exams? A special class of students are trained to creak these exams, and they do easily. What for this street child? Who will train him? I am not saying that, there should be a separate, free of cost centers for these kind of children.

Why not there is a change in selection process.

This current selection process can’t give each and every child the same chance to get same education. Should we say it a fair method. No...i’ll not. May be, we are losing a great thinker, scientist, engineer, doctor etc. because of this education system.

This education system is so poor, that a special caste (Above 4 division of people) will get same education and same rank. There is no Mobility. India needs Mobility.

The day, when anyone from any background with any level of resources at his / her hand in society has the ability to reach the top  , only then we can say “INDIA IS SHINING".......!!!!!!!!
